PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and ERAY YAVUZ ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Ultrasound to Baby Photo Real mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Binding Agreement: By using the App, you enter into a binding legal agreement with ERAY YAVUZ. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including both free users and paid subscribers.
1.2 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
1.3 Additional Terms: Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Additional terms may apply to certain features or services, including payment terms provided by third-party payment processors.
2.1 Service Overview: Ultrasound to Baby Photo Real is an artificial intelligence-powered mobile application that transforms ultrasound images into realistic photographic representations of babies. The App uses advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze ultrasound imagery and generate predictive visualizations.
2.2 Nature of Service: The App provides entertainment and visualization services only. The generated images are artistic interpretations and predictions based on ultrasound imagery and should not be considered medically accurate, scientifically validated, or guaranteed representations of actual appearance.
2.3 Technology: The App utilizes third-party artificial intelligence services to process images and generate results. Processing times may vary based on image quality, server load, and other technical factors.
3.1 Account Creation: The App uses anonymous authentication. No personal registration information is required. Each installation is assigned a unique anonymous identifier for service delivery purposes.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any purchases made through your device. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your device.
3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate, with or without notice.
4.1 Subscription Plans: The App offers a Premium subscription that provides two (2) daily image generations. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless cancelled.
4.2 Credit Packs: The App offers one-time credit purchases in packs of 5, 20, and 50 credits. Each credit allows one image generation. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable.
