END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("End User," "you," or "your") and Eray Yavuz - Aesthetic Studio AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Aesthetic Studio AI mobile application (the "Application").

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE APPLICATION. BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL, ACCESS, OR USE THE APPLICATION.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on a single mobile device owned or otherwise controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the Application's documentation and this Agreement.

2. FACE DATA COLLECTION

Our app temporarily collects and processes face data (user-uploaded photos) to generate AI-powered aesthetic simulations such as rhinoplasty, lip augmentation, and facial enhancements. Uploaded images are used strictly for simulation purposes and are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours after processing. We do not retain, reuse, or sell face data. We do not use facial recognition or identification systems. All processing is performed securely and in compliance with data protection standards.

3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application or any part thereof;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Application;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application;
• Use the Application for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or objectionable purpose;
• Use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Application or interfere with any other party's use of the Application;
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Application for any purpose;
• Use the Application in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Application, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use the Company's trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features.
