🛠 General Support
If you experience any technical difficulties while using the app — such as issues with photo uploads, generation delays, image quality concerns, or app crashes — please try the following steps before contacting support:
- Ensure your app is up‑to‑date: Visit the App Store and make sure you have the latest version of Ai Mermaid Effect – Trend installed.
- Check your internet connection: AI image generation requires an active and stable internet connection.
- Restart the app: Closing and reopening the app can resolve most temporary bugs.
- Re‑authenticate: If you’re using a Firebase‑authenticated account, logging out and logging back in may resolve sync issues.
- Force sync credits: If you notice an incorrect credit balance, open the Credit Store to force a sync with our backend.

💳 Purchases, Credits, and Subscription Support
Credit Pack Issues: If you purchased a credit pack and the credits do not appear within a few minutes:
- Ensure your Apple ID shows the purchase under your purchase history.
- Open the app, visit the Credit Store, and press Restore Purchases.
- If the credits still do not appear, send us your purchase receipt (or a screenshot of the transaction) via email.
Subscription Issues: Premium subscribers receive daily free transformations and priority rendering.
- If you’re not receiving your daily transformations, make sure your subscription is still active under Apple ID › Subscriptions.
- You may use the Restore Purchases option in the Credit Store or Premium screen to sync your subscription.
