Welcome to the official Support page for Ghostie, the AI make up app for body & face. This guide explains how to get started, fix common issues, manage subscriptions, and contact us. It is written in plain language and avoids technical jargon, so you can quickly find what you need.

What Ghostie Does

Ghostie lets you create realistic make up on your photos in seconds. You can:

• Upload one photo to add natural or glam make up.
• Upload two photos to recreate a reference look (for example, a celebrity style applied to your own face).
• Save or share high-resolution results.
• See your history in Created Makeups.

Results look photoreal, match your features, and are meant for creativity, styling, and visualization.

Quick Start Checklist

1. Install & open Ghostie.
2. Onboarding: Read the intro and tap Continue.
3. If the Premium page appears, choose Weekly or Yearly, or close it to explore the app first.
4. On Home, tap the image area to select up to 2 photos.
5. Enter a short description of the look you want (e.g., “soft glam with peach blush and glossy nude lip”).
6. Tap Generate.
