Thank you for using Vintage AI. This Support and Help Center provides step by step guidance for setup, purchases, credits, subscriptions, troubleshooting, data and privacy requests, and ways to contact us. ABOUT THE APP
Vintage AI lets you combine two photos into a single Vintage style image using automated image processing. The app is designed to be fast, minimal, and focused on the Vintage look that is popular across social platforms. Core actions are on the Home screen: select two images, tap Generate, and review the output in History.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Device: iPhone with iOS 16 or later. Storage: Sufficient free space to save outputs and cache uploads. Network: A stable internet connection is required for generation. Permissions: Photo Library access is required to pick images and optionally save outputs.
GETTING STARTED
CREDITS AND WEEKLY ALLOWANCE
Each generation consumes 1 credit. Users with an active subscription receive a weekly allowance of 7 generations per week while the subscription remains active. The allowance resets every Monday at 00:00 local time. Unused weekly credits do not roll over. If you also purchase one time credit packs, the app will use the weekly allowance first and then consume your one time credits. If you run out of both, you will be prompted to purchase or subscribe on the Paywall screen.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN APP PURCHASES
Available subscriptions: Weekly and Yearly. Both grant 7 generations per week. Available consumable packs: 10 credits and 20 credits. Purchases and renewals are processed by Apple. Prices may vary by region and taxes may apply. To manage or cancel a subscription, open your device Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and locate Vintage AI. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies. If you encounter a billing issue, you may also write to us so we can assist with general guidance.
RESTORE PURCHASES
If you reinstall the app or change devices, use the Restore Purchases button in the Paywall or Settings to sync your entitlements. This will refresh your subscription status and restore access to the weekly allowance. If you purchased credit packs and they do not appear, please ensure that you are signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase and that you have a working network connection before attempting restore.
